A decent community to live in. Fairly affordable considering the area. My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost two years and our only complaints are mold growth in all the windows and lots of pests.

Been here a few years. It’s ok. Close to highway. Gate system isn’t worth anything, always broken. Need a better system. They don’t do much for the residents. Better than some places tho.

It’s peaceful most of the time. Maintenance is great and prompt. Residents don’t pick up behind their dogs and some leave trash in the breezeway.

It’s quiet, neighbors are nice. No issues at all. Never bump into neighbors, can’t hear the highway with being next to it. Enough parking in both sides of the building.

Overall great experience. I didn't do 5 starts because the apartment was really gross when I moved in (had to do a deep cleaning and put in several maintenance requests). Didn't put a lower rating because they worked with me on the dates to move in. Maintenance is nice and so is the staff at the office. They're also good about keeping us informed about policies and general reminders of rules (printed and places on a clippy next to the door).

My overall experience here at Savannah Place has been good. I have been here for over nine years total, and I have only had a few issues, which have been primarily with the other tenants. We used to be a pretty nice, safe neighborhood, but we had drug handling in the first building I lived in, and it frightened me enough to make me want to move. Now, I won't be outside my apartment at night for long, and that is a pretty sad situation. Aside from that, the people in the office, need more help, ...
the respond to you, but they could have better timing, and the work that was done to get my apartment 'ready for me to "move in was ridiculous. My bathroom has paint sloshed all around it and chipped in the fiberglass in the tub. One of the doors on the closets had a handle that just fell completey off, and the door to my patio storage wouldn't open at all.
