Move out experience is terrible

Living at Savoy was a fine experience, but went severely sour after moving out, Savoy is now attempting to charge me for standard wear and tear items such as scratches from pans on a glass cooktop.
Additionally, the living experience had a few major flaws such as heroin needles found behind the dumpster, which made it feel unsafe to walk, or walk dogs in the areas surrounding. experience, also treats the main building much better. The hallway scents are replaced more often in the main buildings, and things stay broken much longer than in the main building.
In my entire stay there, Savoy also generally overcharged for things. For example, they use a rubber silly band as a “proof of residence” for the pool in which they charge an absurd amount for a replacement.
