Honest to god, when we moved in we thought this place was fantastic... a bit pricey but awesome! They have a ton of amenities and now with the new management, super caring individuals, who have been nice to work with... When we first got here our pg&e bill was outrageous, over $350 a month... come to find out our unit was out of freon, that took a few months to figure out and fix. Then come to find out our son’s room was invested with termites, they won’t tent... but they will spray... which ...

takes 6 months to kill them... now here we are 4 months later our pantry is FULL OF TERMITES!!! In our food, all over our floor and can’t get the bug guy for 2 days... we have to live with them... apparently this has been an issues in this particular unit for about 6 years... We are at our wits end and said we were moving, they said we needed to continue to pay our rent until someone else fills our unit... we have 2 months left... Good luck future tenants... we feel so dirty and we got no emotional response... This place has a lot of good qualities, but this has been the icing on the cake!

Signing this lease was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. We were told our pg&e would be less than $100, when come to find out, all our neighbors bills are around $175. Not what we were told but ok. Our first bill was $350! We had to fight with them to get someone to look at our ac because it it was always turning on but never lower than 80 inside. The tech replaced the motor on our ac, which was used, with another used motor. Our last pg&e bill was almost $700! They say we must keep ...

the lights or tv on. We keep getting the run around about when they will fill out paperwork for pg&e to come out and weatherize our house. The staff is very rude!!! The seem super nice at first, but when ever you come to them with a problem they immediately turn it around to being your fault. Newest fun thing about living here: Paid rent with money order and next day we get a late notice, 3 day pay (with $100 late fee) or quit. We go into the office to find out what happened. Instead of putting our rent into the system, they put it into a drawer.
