Homeless problem, broken gate and rude management
November 28, 2024The gate has been broken for almost 2 years. The homeless have now started hanging out in the hallways to charge their phones. I had to go out the wrong door and around the entire parking lot to get to my car because a homeless person was passed out on the stairs. If they fixed the gate, we would not have this issue.Review from Apartments.com
Awesome staff, reasonably priced, nice interiors
October 11, 2021The staff is excellent. I have had very few minor issues with the apartment(clogged drains, A/C unit, standard stuff of that nature nothing major). Whenever I do Kimberly at the front office is awesome and quickly sends out someone out. DJ is the maintenance guy and incredibly helpful and professional. Anytime I call they send him out that day and he takes care of any issues I may have. For the price the interior was much nicer than anything comparatively close. The only issue I would say ...is they don’t have many washers and driers but other that that I have zero complaints. I would recommend this place to my friends and I have.Property Manager Responded
