Bad place to live
September 30, 2025Roaches, mice, rats, and other pests are a persistent issue for residents in this complex. Utility charges are excessively high—ranging from $300 to $450 per month—even if you're away for extended periods, like a 6-month vacation. Rent payments are only accepted online; checks are not allowed. A $250 late fee is applied even if you're just one day late. Vehicle theft is a known problem—entire sets of tires and wheels have been stolen overnight. Upon moving out, tenants are charged a $500 ...carpet replacement fee, regardless of condition. Internet is mandatory at a flat rate of $90 per month, even if you don’t use or need it. Management is unresponsive and poorly organized. Billing errors are common—they often send incorrect statements. Laundry facilities are severely inadequate, with only one washer and dryer for every 40 units per floor. Frequent elevator and power outages occur, and there is no backup generator for emergencies.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2025Avoid This Apartment Complex – Serious Issues with Safety, Management, and Hidden Fees. If you're considering moving into this apartment complex, think twice. Numerous residents have reported ongoing and serious problems that could significantly impact your quality of life and financial well-being. Based on firsthand experiences, here’s why this complex receives zero recommendation: Key Issues: Limited Rent Payment Options - Only accepts online payments. No checks or alternative methods. Miss ...the due date?You’re hit with a $250 penalty fee – no exceptions. Safety Hazards - Car theft is common – wheels and tires have been stolen overnight on multiple occasions. Falling trees on the property have damaged cars. The management reportedly denies any responsibility, even in cases of clear negligence (e.g., dead or rotting trees). Residents have even filed lawsuits over damage. Severe Pest Infestation - Residents report infestations of rats, mice, roaches, and other pests. These pests are found inside apartments, in hallways, laundry rooms, and even bathrooms. Poor Laundry Facilities- Only one functioning laundry machine per floor, serving 34 units – completely inadequate. Unjust Move-Out Charges - After moving out, tenants are often charged around $500 for carpet replacement, regardless of actual condition. If you dispute the charge, the fee may be sent to a collection agency as retaliation. Faulty Accounting Practices - Residents report being sent incorrect bills and ledgers, with multiple billing errors. High and Unjustified Utility Charges- Utility and internet fees range from $400–$500/month, even if you're not living in the apartment (e.g., while on vacation). Legal Complaints Underway Some residents have filed complaints with the Consumer Protection Agency, and several cases are reportedly under active investigation. Final Verdict: Not Recommended This property poses financial, legal, and safety risks to its resident/s. Between predatory billing, poor maintenance, health hazards, and irresponsible management, this complex fails to meet even the most basic standards of livable housing. old apartment pest problem

deceitful photos
January 11, 2023I came in only for a tour and literally didn’t make it passed the lobby. There is an immediate unpleasant smell upon entering. The outside does not look even close to the photos. It looks very run down, people living there have a lot of junk on their balconies. The person at the front was talking pretty loudly, a lot of cursing, which I just felt was unprofessional considering there were multiple people sitting waiting for a tour. When my turn came to come back instead of walking over to greet me ...the front desk person just kept shouting “ma’am” to get my attention. I was facing away from the front desk. Run the other way
October 4, 2022This place. Where do i start. Roaches. Mice. All types of bugs. They charge for every little thing including bringing guest to the pool. Never any parking passes. The management is rude. They only care about money. Appliances are old and out dated. Fridge leaks. Locks barely work. People leave trash in the trash room instead of throwing it down the shoot which brings more MICE!! I honestly can’t wait to move out of here!!! Only good thing is big apartments and patios. Worst place I've ever lived.
May 3, 2022Nothing like the pictures, garbage and rats everywhere. If your appliances break...they simply never replace them, they cant afford new appliance. Washer and dryers are separate and ALWAYS in use or broken. By far the WORST place I've ever lived. DO NOT recommend. Move elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

April 14, 2022Ok. We have lived here for almost three months. We’ve done everything in our power to get rid of the roaches in our kitchen. They come in to exterminate and nothing changes. Roaches!
November 10, 2021I love it here everything is convenient the highway is literally next to it. But the only thing i cant stand is the ROACHES!!! Its to much its a issue!
