I would recommend it for the rent discount and if the apartment was one of the refurbed ones. Otherwise, they started allowing dogs. Which was cool but not communicated and one of the upsides living here. The maintenance issues being fixed or at least communicated. Jose is great but communication would improve alot.

Uneven or biased RENTAL across all Appartments.. I am paying 1450 while my friends pay 1375 , 1400 with washer n drier in unit. So I will not recommend..
