February 16, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI just found my new apartment the ladies in the office are so friendly made me feel I belonged there. The apartments are very nice and I actually got to see the one I will be moving into. The exterior doesn't look too great but the interiors a very nice I was told that the staff lives here as well that convinced me to rent if it's good enough for them then it's good enough for me. Bravo!!

They are very nice and respectful to me any time I talk to them. I have lived here for 6 years and hope I will be here many more. The maintenance team is excellent also.

January 19, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comBefore I even looked here I read the reviews. I realized as soon as I visited that not everything you read is true. The girls in the office were extremely busy, I did have to wait, but not too long. For such a small office they were handling it well. When we went on tour I saw a huge 2 bedroom and fell in love. It was one of their "contemporary" apartments which means upgraded so I found out. I went back to the office and filled out the application right then. Needless to say I just renewed my ...1st lease. Both of the ladies in the office are always willing to help and the new maintenance staff they have is on it. I will admit the prior maintenance lead was always promising to do stuff but it did take awhile, but the 2 now really get the job done. I'm getting used to the new color choice but from what it was it is a million times better. Long story short you can't always believe what you read, if I did I would not have come here. I made a the choice to decide for myself and I'm glad I did! Go Serena Vista getting the job done.Read More

September 24, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for 3 years and I have seen management change several times. I can say the new staff is really making some good changes. They actually care about the community and the people who live in it. Work orders are getting taken care of in a timely manner and we are actually being heard. I see them walking the property often and the changes that at being made. They are doing work on the outside and repainting. It is looking much better than the previous management left it. I see the ...reviews that have been written and I get people get mad when things don't go the way they want or changes are being made, we have seen an increase of fees, but that should be expected for the nicer place to live. I don't mind paying for something to be and look better. I think people seem to leave bad reviews out of anger, so here is to telling it how it is. They have done right by me and the people that I know here. All you have to do is tell the new manager and staff what is the issue and they will get it take care of. Changes have been made and I can see more are going to take place. Just wanted you to know someone sees the hard work you do, you should not always bad.Read More

August 18, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in this complex for 18 months with 6 months to go. The staff never ever answers the phone. If you have a maintenance problem good luck getting it fix. They have now added an Administration Fee for every month on top of the rent. Granted it is just $5.00 but with no notice it was added to the rent. If I renew I will not only have to pay more for the rent I will also have to pay $5.00 Administrative Fee, $15.00 per pet rent, Maintenance fee of $25.00, Water (yeah I know most ...places charge for water now), and an alarm fee, even if you don't use the alarm (and if you do you pay the company not the apartment complex for the alarm). They put families with small children on the second floor so they can stump over your head. The outside lights on the buildings never work and it is darkkkkkk. A year ago my apartment flooded with 2 inches of water after I told them about leaks. They had sold to the new owners so they didn't care they left up the sheet rock and now mold is growing behind it. I have to admit I love the location and I hope the new owners (been there since November 2015) will take better care of the complex. Oh and the manager changes every month....that's fun.Read More

June 25, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comEnjoying the new manager and staff!! Alicia and Jay are getting stuff done and taking care of the property issues that previously was not done. I must say I am very impressed they are quick to help. Prices are very reasonable.
