Awful management

The manager is rarely on-site. When she is she can't be bothered to help any tenants with any problems that they may have. Trash and dog poop are spread from one side of the property to the other and no one ever cleans it up. It is, by far, one of the trashiest, most poorly run apartment complexes that I have ever lived in.

Currently living here, it’s been a battle with roaches. Pest control came three times, which means I was exposed three times to toxic chemicals, and the problem persists. Some buildings even have mice. The owner ought to be ashamed of themselves for trying to charge more than market value. The owners of this property are super cheap and do the bare minimum to upkeep, leaving the wonderful staff to deal with upset tenants. Don't rent if you don't work lose your credit score

I moved into this apartment on 01/25/2019 and moved out on 07/28/2019. I don't want to judge the environment and service in this apartment. Actually, it has been 2 years ago. The only thing I hope to remind you is you will meet bunches of troubles when you moved out. The final cleaning fee invoice is $300. Unreasonable, right? I only rent a studio for half a year and got this invoice. Even so, I accepted this unreasonable invoice and paid for it ($240 deposit and $51.86 check). However, 3 months ...

later, I received a call from the National Collection company. They said I owed $91.85 to the Serramonte Ridge and they need me to pay for this right now. Soon, they added a collect report to my credit record. They took my money and sold my personal information to a collection company and tarnished my credit record. If you're considering tarnishing your credit record, don't hesitate to get into this apartment right now.

This apartment complex is awful. You cannot have packages delivered to your apartment building because they will be stolen. The neighbors in the building make excessive noise all hours of the day and night. If you can find any other apartment complex don’t even think about staying here. The management is absolute worst! They didn’t fix our bathroom for three months!!! Multiple calls, emails and no answer. Thankfully we had two bathrooms, don’t know what we would have done otherwise. And there are numerous examples like this. We moved into the Serramonte Ridge apartments 7 months ago. The apartments are very nice and the best priced we have found in a long time with close proximity to the San Francisco and Half Moon Bay. We have had great interactions with the management, which we suggest you run any and all questions by if you have already talk to their sales reps ( they are trained but left a few important things out when we were getting set up for our apartment, management cleared everything up thankfully). only issue we ran into was with the construction company that was doing restoration on the apartments. The lack of communication with the management office lead to last minute notices of painting in the halls, redoing our patios or carports. Which made living a challenge but the management did what they could to keep us posted. All in all these apartments have been fantastic! If you are looking for a great place, good location and helpful management that are on the premise 7 days a week then this is your place.

I lived here for several years, and never had any problems. It's a nice quiet and safe place to live. Expensive but, every apartment around here is more expensive. Close to Target, Best Buy, Costco and 2 malls. My only complaint is the front doors are VERY heavy. So, the walls shake if your neighbor lets their door slam shut.
