I Enjoy living here at shadow park! The property is well kept. Neighbors are very nice! The office ladies are the best! They work hard to make sure we all have the best and safe place to live . Making sure any issues get taken care of quickly. Maintenance is the best around lake Jackson! They actually take time to fix things the correct way and not just try to rig something up! You can tell the whole shadow park team loves working here and running the best complex in town! Definitely recommend!

Living here at Shadow Park has been amazing. The neighbors are all nice and inviting. The property is well kept. The staff is amazing! The owners brought in an awesome manager Holly, she works hard on providing a great, fun, and safe place to live at. The assistant Monica is very friendly and when you talk to her it’s like she’s known you her whole life. They ladies make sure to handle work orders quickly and let’s maintenance know right away about your work order. The head maintenance Cody ...
literally knows how to fix everything!!! And he fixes everything the right way, he doesn’t just rig things up he takes the time to figure out the problem to fix it right the first time and works diligently to complete repairs in a very timely manner. The other maintenance David is very friendly as well. He makes sure the property is always kept clean free of trash, he even cleans up around the dumpster areas huge plus! Living here feels more like a community than just some place to rent and pay money. I’ve transferred to different size apts and in different buildings and none of which have had bad roach/bug problems. You’ll only see one or two here and there but they make sure to have pest control handle even that small of an issue. Awesome place!

Leaving here is the WORSEEEE!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!
There's roaches in the apartments.Second floor the floor is bad really bad when you walk you heard the wood nd it's carpet but you can tell that the floor is Old wood the Manager is making the rents to go Up but they should at lease remodel the Apartments to make them more bigger and nice so at lease people see that it make seance to move here there is always a problem here the Laundry,the A.C etc. This Place it's not good at all

I moved in 4 months ago.. and there are bed bugs. I have never had that problem! and Management wants me to pay for the treatment of the unit, I find that very unfear and disgusting!! they should take care of the whole apartments! Plus this is giving me severe health problems!!
