Overpriced and VERY pushy landlord
July 14, 2018If rent is not paid by the 5th of the month, You will get an fake a$$ 'notice to vacate in 5 days' eviction notice or something ridiculous along those lines. Then she will call you every 3 hours until rent is paid in full. While I was living there my dishwasher broke so I texted the the wife of the couple who own the 4 units. A few days later she came to my unit unannounced and let herself in just to verify that it was broken. Then,The next day while I was gone a repair man came in and fixed it ...which was great until I received a bill for $100 the repair of thier cheap dishwasher.
