Terrible Place to Live

From the first day I moved in, there was so much going wrong with these apartments. There was mold under my kitchen sink, water damage starting to build up on the ceiling above my shower (due to plumbing problems from the tenants who live directly above my apartment), and the windows don't even lock (MAJOR safety hazard especially since I live on the ground floor). None of it has been properly fixed, as all they do is paint over the water damage (which is a reoccurring problem by the way) and ...
claim that the windows DO lock when they DO NOT (she shows me how to "lock" it and then I show her that I can STILL open the windows with little force while in the locked position and she still did nothing about it). It has gotten to the point where I have had to jam the windows shut with blocks of wood I bought at Home Depot. The apartment manager is especially difficult to reach and she doesn't even give you a 24 hour notice when it is time for her to show your apartment for potential tenants. I literally woke up one morning to a text saying "I am doing a showing at your apartment this afternoon. Please have your space presentable!" It made me so upset to wake up and have to leave my own home without a 24 hour notice from the apartment manager. I would NOT recommend this property or any property owned by Kleinmann Realty. They have shown themselves to be lazy property owners and managers.
