Here is your new home where you will be ignored by management, wake up to no water, and smell your food spoil in the fridge because one side freezes while the other half bakes. When you do have water, there is only cold. Or the hot water is barely warm. But another day, it will scald you. The fun is in the anticipation: time for a shower—do I freeze? Get a bad burn? Or wash myself with air and baby wipes? Getting help from management is also a great adventure. They will smile and coo at ...

you, promising your problems are their first priority. You’ll leave, thinking, “They are always so nice!” And then nothing. . . You go online and fill out a maintenance request, see it go through the system, and then: nothing! Ha! Ha! Ha! You’re so funny! Just because you pay your rent on time every month you think you are entitled to special services? Silly person. Go outside to enjoy the duck ponds. Oh, crap! You just stepped in an enormous pile of . . . ! We allow dogs! And tenants won’t pick up after them. So sorry. Oh, and the empty, slimy duck ponds? We’ll fill those someday. Too bad about the mosquitoes. Need to pick up a package from the office? Oh, look. They closed the office early for some reason . . . without telling anyone. Maybe tomorrow. Yes, this is the apartment home you have so far only heard about! A sad collection of tiny, dreary, grey apartments full of broken-down, cheap appliances and grim-faced tenants who look as miserable as you will feel after moving in here. Enjoy.

Invested with roaches, and I mean BIG ROACHES! Constant water shut off! Or when there was working water it isn’t hot. I would have to boil water to bathe my 1 year old. Mailroom was broke into 3 times in my 1 year lease. I was told no deposit was required they offered a deposit through a 3rd party and you play a small monthly fee each month that would cover move out. When I moved out got charged for absolutely everything. I hung a few pictures in my apartment and got charged over $100 for ...

sheetrock when they could of just patches the holes. When I tried to do an application for another apartment complex, they contacted Bellevue now they are telling other the other property I was a bad tenant when i never had 1 complain, and paid rent on time. I hate I ever lived here!

Horrible. Maintenance issues every month, never fully resolved. Hot water in my toilet, over and over, lukewarm tap water because of hot water backing up in plumbing, HVAC issues constantly that aren't resolved even by replacing the entire system. Staff are courteous and nice, maintenance staff really do try. Entire complex is just a degraded living experience for the cost. Its not the staff's fault either, the property is just not being properly invested in by the owner. Living without air ...

conditioning and have a loud window unit in my bedroom that will keep me up all weekend until they can "do something about" my HVAC issues next week and this situation has been constant, almost every other month now for 1.5 years. The apartments are too small there is no real storage space the bathroom is smaller than my closet and everything about this place just screams for new management and a complete gutting of the units and rebuild. The address is the only good thing about this complex at this time, and its sad to say because the location is great and the people here really do try.

This place was great at one point, it has just went downhill. I can’t even count how many of my neighbors feel the same way. The staff changes more than anything I’ve ever seen. Roaches eventually find you, then when you finally think they are gone, surprise they are back. The ponds are just sad, you would think they would want beautiful flowing ponds for the summer but I guess not. Cars are gone through pretty often. My upstairs neighbor has had hers gone through twice now, I’ve seen drug ...

traffic in and out. It isn’t as bad as some places, but it is there. The walls are beyond paper thin, and unfortunately you can’t complain against someone that is just living in their space. But you can hear every step, every conversation, the water running, the toilet flushing, the dog walking, the dog barking, The doors opening and closing, the late night “adult” time, yeah that is a little awkward. We’ve been checking into other places in the area and after really taking our time looking, I can confidently say that there are better options around the same price. Unfortunately we came from out of state and we were told that the bixby/south Tulsa area was where we needed to be. We only looked at a few places, and this place was offering like a month of rent for free and no deposit because of his job so we of course thought it was great. If I would have known what it was actually like here, I would have paid a deposit and rent somewhere else.

I’ve lived here several years and the most recent management is a breath of fresh air! The manager, office staff and maintenance crew are all very courteous. And it’s so nice seeing the structural updates and improvements that are going on right now! The new online tenant network is very helpful in alerting us when something’s happening on the property. The location’s perfect for me and so is the price!

Affordable and comfortable

I love these apartments, the affordability and comfortableness leaves this place with a great remark. I am able to afford with my work, a one bedroom where I can feel safe and comfortable. I feel as though the neighborhood along with the location makes these apartments suitable for all ages especially millennials who are looking to move. I feel safe enough and comfortable I can leave my bike outside on my door or I can walk around late at night with no safety regards.

Great place to live

Have lived at this apartment complex for many years. The new management here is great. For the area the price is good. You feel safe here. If you need repairs they are very prompt. The office people are great. They have courteous patrol at night for security. This is a great apartment complex to live at.

Kudo's to OSCAR! We had a grease fire this AM. The previous maintenance had removed our fire extinguisher. OSCAR came and saved the day. New management is prompt and actually fixing problems that have been left for way too long. I am impressed with the office staff who are fair and reasonable and able to actually solve problems, not just sweep them under the rug. Dog waste is being managed, ponds are being fixed and plumbing is being replaced. We feel welcomed and safe where we did not before. ...

This is a great area to raise a family. We are close to great schools and have an easy commute to work. Churches and restaraunts are close by. We could not ask for a better place to live. Thank you so very much!

What a joke!

The worst apartments, changed names 4 times in the last 3 years..wonder why! You never have hot water but supposedly plumbers are working they’re butts off to get it fixed, none are ever insight! Dog poop everywhere, sidewalks, grass..afraid to walk without stepping in it! Trash thrown everywhere! They never do what is said, maintenance people never come in to do the “so called” checks! Would not recommend to anyone!
