Good Value
January 14, 2024They are improving the lobby when we left. They are fixing up the grounds. Nice views and front desk. It is close to the busses and 7-11 nest door. 2 large swimming pools in the Summer are nice. Only reason we left is for a place with a w/d and dishwasher. Maintance is fast. The only thing I woiuld suggest, if you want it a little quiter, go to the back of the building or one of the other buildings in the back, since there are sirens from the fires station. Most never stop at the ...complex, but mostly cutting through on Seminary.Property Manager Responded

Water shut down all the time
March 19, 2022I am a current resident and we are tired of shutting down water and heat all the time. Also, we havr cars theft that are constantly happening a d they have not done anything about it. They ask the front desk people to request positive feedback from resident. I don't recommend this place to anybody.Review from Apartments.com

March 18, 2022DO NOT MOVE HERE... I REPEAT, DONT MOVE HERE!! I lived in the Sherwood building for 3 months and I had to pay to pay 2 months to break my lease and throw all my stuff because everything was infested. During my first week I started noticing roaches and I travel a lot out of state one day I came back after two week of travel and I went into the kitchen and turned on the lights and there were 30+ roaches having a party scattered on the kitchen countertop and more along the dish rack, conventional ...oven, utensils holder, and floor. It was absolutely horrifying especially because they were all over my utensils and dishes. Once the lights turned on, they all swarmed into the cabinets for cover. Not Helpful
July 8, 2021Well, I actually was recommended to this apartment by a friend that lives there. I live in another building as part of the same complex. I came recently to just check out one of their apartments but the leasing people won't let me see it. They said I must go through a transfer inspection process first before I can see an apartment. So I set up an apartment but was really annoyed. I also tried contacting the apartment about this issue to one of the people at the apartment but she considers my ...situation as me already being helped. This is not resolving my issue. The lady I spoke with had an attitude. I work long hours and am trying to locate a new apartment. And don't have to feel like I have to go through this trouble to just see an apartment without knowing what it would look like inside. It's a crazy system. I hope they realize that they are not the only apartments in the area. I have seen other places and still considering options on what's the best. I mean they wouldn't even let me look at other buildings to see what it would look like. Unless the apartment is renovated and has all the bells and whistles I should get to see it. Great Location
