I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Shoreline. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, responsive, and respectful. I never had a maintenance request open for more than 24 hrs and the office team typically responded to any of my emails or phone calls within an hour. Great location and set up!

My husband and I moved here at the end of January from Minnesota and it had been the perfect home for us in a new place! It’s in a great, central, safe area. We’re 15 minutes from the ocean, the bay and downtown Norfolk! The schools nearby are great and we can walk to the grocery store and Mount Trashmore. Management has been helpful and maintenance has been great! Any issues that have come up have been managed in a timely manner. We’ve already decided to stay another year!

Amazing Atmosphere

My girlfriend and I have been living here for about 3 months now, and I have to say that my favorite thing about this place is the neighborhood itself. I rarely hear sirens, there’s a rabbit that comes out at night, the ducks come right up to you, and the squirrels almost don’t pay us any mind, and most of our neighbors greet us and strike up short conversations with us.

Everyone is super nice, and the place offers fun community competition like raffles, and get togethers for each holiday! They're well-kept and the pond is beautiful. I especially love the easy access path to Mt. Trashmore Park. Our kids love it here. We live right next to Food Lion which is very convenient. However, their late night deliveries are very noisy and I'm a light sleeper. That's the only downfall for me.

I love Shoreline! I was here a lot when my good friends lived here, and when my husband and I decided to move to the beach— we knew exactly where we wanted to go! Great community, safe, very friendly team at the rental office. even though this Covid 19 disaster spread maintenance thin— there’s still a quick and friendly response. No bugs! I can’t handle living somewhere with a bug problem. If I see a creepy crawly, I just give a call and pest control takes care of it within the week. I give it 5 ...

Love it!

We have lived at Shoreline for about 1 and a half years. We love walking around the lake with our dogs and everyone in the community is very friendly. The staff is helpful and is always friendly when we call or go to the office.
