They're ok for the price but pool hasn't been open since we moved in, nor has the gym. And they're horrible at completing maintenance requests in a timely manner. It takes months sometimes. Which if it's something necessary like a washer or stove or air conditioner, dishwasher not having those ends up costing us more on top of having to pay rent which is already super high

Worst customer service I have ever encountered EVER. Management, maintenance and staff are all RUDE and incompetent! Pest problems, MOLD problems and security problems. Do yourself a favor and DON'T MOVE HERE!! you will regret it!

A perfect apartment is well maintained, access to all the shopping center, a quite nieghbor hood, no violent, walk at night without worry that somebody will harm you, for senior close to hospital for emergency.the manager should alway be helpful.
