September 27, 2021When my husband and I needed to move quickly but were struggling to find an apartment that would be accessible for a handicapped person, Rauna at Silver Cliffs found us the perfect unit. We love it. Great location, office staff was amazing. We even have a full size washer and dryer!!! It’s so quiet. They are the best in town.Review from Apartments.com
Small Inconveniences, But Otherwise Great
June 9, 2021Lived here for two years, and only relocating because of work once my lease is up. Apartments are spacious and modern, and the leasing office is very responsive and easy to reach. However, there a few things which prevent me from giving it five stars: first, the water in our building is shut off constantly and without warning. Second, when I moved in, multiple faucets/screen doors/etc. were missing from our unit. Third, internet service available here (SuddenLink and Frontier) is dreadful. ...Maintenance guys are pleasant and usually respond quickly to tickets, but they often forget to follow up on anything that can’t be immediately fixed. Beware
September 2, 2020Seems great at first but then your rent will go up $50-$100 every year. Also no cameras on the property and there had been many criminal incidents (burglary, theft) during my residency at this address. The office staff is difficult to work with and the manager will treat you poorly if she is in a bad mood.Review from Apartments.com
Silver Cliffs is wonderful
June 18, 2016I love living at Silver Cliffs. It's always very clean and well maintained. The residents are quiet and courteous. The staff is the best I've ever encountered -- extremely friendly and informative. Hands down the best complex I've rented from.
