Terrible Apartments
July 19, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comIt was fine the first year but after a new company took over everything went to pot. It can take months to get a simple repair done. My AC broke and they literally just kept saying they would fix it for weeks on end. This was during the hottest weeks of the year. Its still not fixed. They tried to raise my rent 100 dollars for no reason other than "Elizabethtown is on the rise". Honestly dont come here. Especially if you plan to stay more than one year because they WILL raise your rent an insane ...amount during renewal. For that amount you can get an apartment with working AC and pool. There are better options out there. Keep looking.Read More
Almost Perfect
August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI absolutely love my new apartment. We've only been here a few weeks but I haven't found much of anything I don't like about it! It has laminate flooring throughout the entire apartment, which is wonderful for my allergies, plus it is all on one floor, which is great for my arthritis! Two large bedrooms and two full baths, which we really needed, and all for a great, reduced price. Plus our two pets live here for free - no pet deposit or monthly fees for them! The landlord is fantastic as ...well. I also loved that it has all the appliances, including the microwave above the stove, which helps out with freeing up counter space. Lots of cabinets in the kitchen and washer and dryer is also included if needed. We have our own and after a couple of weeks they removed the one in the apartment when we were ready to move ours in. Our only issue is that our upstairs neighbor has lead feet - something that is actually pretty common when living on a lower level! But, we deal with it and it's a small price to pay for this wonderful apartment! It's very quiet around here for the most part and I love living where I can get to town within only a few minutes.Read More
