August 27, 2025As a senior, I love all of the conveniences that Silver Lake Crossings has to offer, without the surcharge for senior activities that I’m not interested in. The building is accessible and I love being surrounded by people of all ages and different backgrounds. The billiards room, patio, theater and community room are all nice spaces for me to gather with friends and family, and my apartment has all of the features that are important to me, including control of my heating and cooling, and in-unit ...laundry. The location is unbeatable — steps away from Silver Lake, minutes from downtown, and very convenient if you’re connected to the Mayo Clinic or central Rochester. What stands out most is how intentionally designed the building is for comfort and focus. I love the dedicated spaces for short meetings and private calls — they’ve made my remote work and calls feel professional and uninterrupted. The movie theater is a ...great feature for unwinding, and the gym is clean, modern, and always available when I need it. The apartments themselves are stylish and functional, with high-end finishes, modern kitchens, in-unit laundry, and plenty of natural light. Every detail feels thoughtfully done to make life easier and more enjoyable. The property management team deserves special praise. They’re consistently responsive, kind, and truly professional.
