After 4 years of being nice...
August 24, 2017I just moved out living in Silver Oaks for 4 years. The first year seemed great. The only hang up was the fact that the toilets will overflow VERY easily. It wasn't just my apartment. It is a known issue and the owners say it is because of the "water saving toilets" they use. Well the one in the apartment above me overflowed. And it came through my ceiling. Their fix was to paint over it after it dried. Same when the fridge above me leaked. The carpet was FAR from perfect when moving in and I ...doubt they ever change it between tennants. Now that I have moved out they are nickle and diming me. Including $15 to sweep out the garage. It had been swept and the garages are connected. So... expect problems even though they seem great. And get EVERYTHING in writing even though they seem nice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
