Not worth it
April 22, 2020The apartment has had at least 3 different property managers since I’ve moved in which was in March of 2019. I’ve recently had a package stolen that was put at my door by office personnel. My package was not there. The best I was told by office staff is that they will ask my neighbors. Like someone is really going to admit to stealing someone’s package. I asked if they could look at the cameras but was advised that they don’t work. Owners are Bankrupt
March 20, 2020The complex was being sued and filing bankruptcy when I gave 30 days notice and moved out according to the terms of the lease. I was informed at that point that, despite cleaning the apartment to working an inch of it’s life ?, that I would not be getting back my deposit because they were broke!!
