The apartment has had at least 3 different property managers since I’ve moved in which was in March of 2019. I’ve recently had a package stolen that was put at my door by office personnel. My package was not there. The best I was told by office staff is that they will ask my neighbors. Like someone is really going to admit to stealing someone’s package. I asked if they could look at the cameras but was advised that they don’t work. The complex has no way to reimburse me or system in place. Not ...

The complex was being sued and filing bankruptcy when I gave 30 days notice and moved out according to the terms of the lease. I was informed at that point that, despite cleaning the apartment to working an inch of it’s life ?, that I would not be getting back my deposit because they were broke!! Run!!
