I had lived there two years. Unfortunately I moved in from another state and had no clue what I was going into.
This apartment complex is extremely outdated and severely overpriced. Whoever owns it needs a serious reality check. Rapid city is growing fast and there are lots of new developments in the same price range but at the least you will get better living conditions.
Along with outdated buildings you are getting everything from 1950-th which have never been changed: old broken windows, ...
poor/ lack of insulation, lack of central air- good luck from spring to fall, when outside is 105! The pool from next door apartment complex is another story. Uncontrolled teenagers with music, alcohol, dropping f bombs will keep you awake from midnight to 2 till you call police. In a couple days they will continue..
Don’t consider this apartments unless you like everything stated above.

Old facilities, poor service, overpriced, worst decoration, poor sound insulation, overcharged me a lot for carpet cleaning. Almost nothing good. I wish I can give a negative score. Will never recommend anybody to live here.
