  • Not worth it

    A good location and family events do NOT make up for all the fees they will charge you when you move out. We are being charged $1000 for carpet replacement when we clearly documented that the carpet was disgusting before we moved in. The previous tenants had pet(s) and the carpet was clearly not replaced or at the very least properly cleaned. We had to buy a professional grade carpet cleaner and air purifiers because we were all having severe allergies. Our toddler had hives all over her body and ...
    fever and my husband and I were sick with congestion and migraines until we bought air purifiers and carpet cleaner. Now they are saying that because the carpet was stained UNDERNEATH, we have to pay to have it replaced. We figured there had to be some kind of mistake so we contacted management but they stand by their decision. Even with these pictures and more, they said they called the front office to confirm and therefore stand by their decision to charge us $1000. This is a lot of money to pay out of pocket especially for something we were not even responsible for.

    Best management I've ever had. I've lived here for around 3 years. The management here are always smiling and friendly. Some of the best people I've ever had. Roxy, Julisa, and a newer gentleman, will make sure you taken care of. The complex is nice in general and decently new.

    The complex is nice, clean and a place to call home. The outside makes a great place to be with a courtyard, swimming pool and volleyball. The gym is bigger than others I have seen and they even offer classes. I have met a lot of friendly people here.

    They're nice in the fact that they have granite and wood laminate. They're annoying in that they're overpriced, the employees are usually annoyed with any request or question that you may have, and your key fab/clicker is constantly breaking so you can't get in the gate or gym. dont try to pay online, it won't go through and you'll be charged a ridiculous amount of fees. Other than that, I guess it's fine.

    Silverado crossing so far exceeded my expectations. Great management and friendly neighbors. The best part is that it's minutes away from downtown and the price range is great.     My apartment complex is called Silverado Crossing a place where I'm happy to come home too. I live in the forth building very close to the pool area there cabanas located on a shaded area after the sun and pool take a break have a drink with out the sun. There is a great gym located in the club house enjoy going fully equipped. This is a plus the club house has a movie theater so awesome to have movie night with friends.     nice has dark wood cabinets the bathroom is big very modern feeling the bedrooms is a great size. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom two double sink walk in closet connected. Dark wooded floors in the kitchen and two of the bathrooms. All the apartments have a patio it's a good size to put chairs and table to sit and relax with a cup a coffee or a glass of wine with friends. The apartment complex is family and young adult feeling they have a monthly calendar that has activitys to do with family and friends. The best part it's close to the highway 15 mins away from downtown Austin and shopping plaze walking distance convent for your guest who visit. I can't say anything bad because I enjoy coming home the girls that work for the complex are really nice very helpful about anything. I would recommend my apartment complex to anyone.
