RATS BEWARE!!!

I'm a social worker and my client showed me pictures of her apartment and the infestation of RATS. She has to stay awake at night and protect her three year old son from the rats, only to get up the next morning, take him to daycare, and be at her place of employment. Her rent continues to escalate and she has been threatened with eviction; however these rats have taken over her apartment. The rats eats up her child's food and they can be heard inside the walls.
