Poor communication

Tried to rent an apartment here, actually 2 different ones and could barely get someone to respond back to me once I said I wanted the apartment. Very disappointed as this was my top choice and they didn’t seem to care.

  Good Afternoon Brittany, I regret that you feel this way. We strive to provide excellent customer service here at Slate Run Lofts and Apartments. I know you were excited about the studio apartment we had available. We emailed back and forth several times between 9/30/2020 and 10/2/2020, regarding pricing and availability. You emailed our office at 4:51 (we close at 5:00 pm) Saturday 10/3/2020 stating you wanted to move forward. The apartment that you wanted had been rented that Saturday afternoon. We are closed on Sundays. Your email was not received until early Monday morning, 10/5/2020, at which time I emailed you to let you know we did have a Loft floor plan come available suddenly. You had your heart set on the studio floor plan and were not interested in the Loft at that time. Once again, I am sorry to receive this feedback. Once an apartment becomes available here, it is not on the market long!
