BED BUG CENTRAL. This is the third time these people have had to treat our apartment for bedbugs. The entire property is infested and the owners act blase about it. This is a cash cow property. Meaning they don't do much to maintain (they do the bare minimum). Mostly because many people living here are foreigners who cant fend for themselves and tend to live with several (more than 4 people) to a small 2 bedroom apartment (i.e., living with multiple people who are not on the lease). a headache. Many people move here because for the area and access to things, the price seems reasonable. But if you want your nice things to become infested, and you replacing beds and mattresses annually, you will save in the end by not moving here. We plan on moving at the end of this month. The Property Manager is ok, but she will play you too. She does not move fast enough when it comes to addressing these sort of issues. And the owners are just as BAD! Calling Housing Authority as soon as I can. If I could give no STARS I would!!!!! This property has been on the news several times for either a death, or break ins, or inside jobs. They find ways to remove it from the media. As well, a few months ago a tree fell on the back of the building and they have yet to fix those peoples windows or the shed house back there.
