Fantastic Apartment and Manager

I just moved into an apartment at Slogan Apartments, and I could not be happier. It's brand new, and the finishes are great. I feel like I am getting way more than I am paying for. Whoever did the design had marvelous taste. The location is ideal, right on the MAX line, and close to food carts, parks, a New Seasons. North Portland is a fun place to be right now, with lots of new restaurants and other apartments coming on-line. The building is great - not so huge that you feel lost, and the ...
views are outstanding. Everyone is super-friendly. The icing on the cake for me is the apartment manager. He is awesome - incredibly responsive, quick to iron out any new building kink (of which there have been, amazingly, just one or two), and helpful to the extreme. I had to go out of town, and he stashed two rugs for me that were delivered after I was gone in his own apartment rather than leaving them in the hall. He consistently communicates his willingness to help unravel any issue; he embodies the idea of being neighborly in all the best ways. I looked at a lot of nice places before choosing Slogan, and I am really happy I did. would recommend Slogan Apartments (and its manager) to everyone.
