I had such a wonderful experience renting my new apartment Alex has been very very helpful. He is very patient, took his time to make sure I got the right apartment to fit me. I love my new apartment.. Would definitely recommend this place to more people. The customer service was excellent and all questions where answered.

Pros- 1. The apartments are cute. 2. The neighbors are quiet. Cons- 1. Before signing my lease I was promised to have the interior windows tinted and now they don’t tint them. (First world problems but it’s still annoying.) 2. It takes maintenance a while to come fix something. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the place but I had higher expectations. You get what you pay for. Low rent/close to downtown.
