Cockroaches, awful tenants
May 6, 2024Cockroaches. After the initial infestation last year, I had to wait a month for a flush out and a building wide treatment wasn't done until 6 months later. They don't take it seriously and I've already seen baby cockroaches this month. Also, tenants bang on doors, scream, and blast music at all hours of the day and night. Now they expect you to pay the water bill as well.Review from Apartments.com
No communication
April 17, 2024This is my second living here and I'm not sure what changed this second year but it's gone downhill. I've had issues with long maintenance waits, bugs, extremely loud neighbors at 4 am, and I can never get any real communication. No one answers the phone, it's been hard to get emails replied to, and when I did reach someone over the phone they pinpointed me to email. It's been really frustrating.Review from Apartments.com
