Good service, but one issue not resolved I had two issues. One was fixed. The other one was the toilet paper roll holder. The screw that holds it in place is tiny, and the right side falls off if you push it to the side. I know the guys said they re-screwed it, but it doesn't seem to help.

Misinformation online Summer specials advertised all over the place online were not honored. Additionally, air conditioning is advertised on the property website, and turned out to be the option to rent portable AC units.other than that the property is nice.

The community and area in general feels very safe. Most people here are friendly. One downside is there is not a ton in the area; the little plaza with a couple cafes is nice. Then again, living out away from the city will come at a cost.

I love living in this neighborhood and having the forest view. The apartment is clean and lovely. I wish the appliances were newer though. I don't like the coil stovetop. It is outdated and doesn't cook well or clean well.

The closet storage... (Verified Renter)

The closet storage in the apartments was very small. The view out the large window was affected by the damage to the windowpanes. Both apartments had the seals broken on their window in front room kitchen was small.
