April 6, 2026Need a system for reserving EV chargers I loved my apartment. The high ceilings, the electric fireplace, the counters and floors were very nice. I had a fantastic view of the forest. I loved having access to the spa/hot tub and all the nearby trails. I could rarely hear my neighbors. The maintenance team was always very responsive. But I had a really hard time getting to the 2 EV chargers that were in 24 hour visitor parking spots. There should be one spot reserved for people actively charging. ...There was no communication on how to get or use one of the 4 reserved charging spots. February 9, 2026Good service, but one issue not resolved I had two issues. One was fixed. The other one was the toilet paper roll holder. The screw that holds it in place is tiny, and the right side falls off if you push it to the side. I know the guys said they re-screwed it, but it doesn't seem to help.Property Manager Responded
