I had a fantastic view of the forest. I loved having access to the spa/hot tub and all the nearby trails. I could rarely hear my neighbors. The maintenance team was always very responsive. But I had a really hard time getting to the 2 EV chargers that were in 24 hour visitor parking spots. There should be one spot reserved for people actively charging. ...There was no communication on how to get or use one of the 4 reserved charging spots. The screw that holds it in place is tiny, and the right side falls off if you push it to the side. I know the guys said they re-screwed it, but it doesn't seem to help.Property Manager Responded
