The maintenance is not my issue. It's the lack of energy efficiency in the windows, walls,floors and ceiling. I have never been so cold in my own place. Kendall, the leasing agent, was incredibly nice and helpful. She showed us multiple units to make sure we found one that was perfect for my family. We were excited to choose Sofi since the location is great and we liked the apartment. The only downside was the long flight of stairs outside that could be dangerous in the rain and difficult for family members with physical disabilities.
