I was searching for a two bedroom apartment eight months ago. Sofi at Somerset was one of my stops. From the start I was pretty impressed with the professionalism of the property manager, Kendall. She patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything while showing me around the property. The available apartment was clean and well maintained. The maintenance is not my issue. It's the lack of energy efficiency in the windows, walls,floors and ceiling. I have never been so cold in my own place. The lack of insulation also causes sound problems. I can hear people talking outside as if they were standing next to me, and I can hear the person above use the restroom.

Kendall, the leasing agent, was incredibly nice and helpful. She showed us multiple units to make sure we found one that was perfect for my family. We were excited to choose Sofi since the location is great and we liked the apartment. The only downside was the long flight of stairs outside that could be dangerous in the rain and difficult for family members with physical disabilities.
