November 19, 202424/7 Maintenance I have to hand it to SoFi's Maintenance department. Twice now, I have had an emergency at night, and both times on a holiday. But they got my messages and called me right away. The first time the head of maintenance, Beto, had to drive 2 hours in the middle of the night for me. And this last time he was on the phone with his guy that was here. It took Beto, Ivan, and a plummer to find the problem. But they didn't leave until they found it. He even brought in a Shop Vac ...and cleaned up all the mud in my bathtub. This kind of response is just unheard of! It's so, so nice to not have to worry about losing your only bathroom when something goes wrong. Five stars and two thumbs up! ????Property Manager Responded
