August 7, 2023I wish I could give it 0 stars. Management is absolutely garbage. They don’t care about any concerns tenants have. Homeless people with weapons have access to the building, cars are broken into, homeless people poop in the building, the AC has mold and leaks. At least 5 other residents including myself lost heat during the recent winter when it was negative temps outside. No response from maintenance after multiple calls and emails. My apartment had poop (not sure if dog or human) on the porch ...when I moved in. They had just had it “professionally cleaned”. The floors were black with dirt. I spent 2 days just cleaning the apartment before I could even unpack. Oh and the electric bill is in the $200+ range for almost every tenant each month. There is trash EVERYWHERE in the parking lot, including used condoms and needles. Do not, and I repeat DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rat infestation
July 3, 2023We are catching 4-6 mice a week, since January. No real progress has been made. Management will insinuate you’re lying and that the infestation is your fault. Do not recommend.Review from Apartments.com
