September 21, 2024The only positive about this place is the location...Lived there for a year and had a huge pest problem (silverfish in abundance). Would see at least three a day while staying at this property and there was nothing that management or pest control could do to fix that issue. I wasn't the only one experiencing this issue and other pest especially to not be on the first floor. They will paint the walls and put new carpet down around the property to raise the rent $200 dollars after the lease is up. ...Also, will blame you for problems that were in the unit before moving in and charge you for it at move out. The only reason why the reviews are decent is because they will beg you to leave a good review at move in. Beware of this place, there are way better options in the area.Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2017Everyone is nice until it's time to move out. The apartments are beautiful and I didn't have any major issues while living there. My issue came upon moving out. The manager was rude as ever. I can't believe she has to deal with the public. My suggestion is that they treat people just as good and respectful as they did when they are trying to get your business.Review from Apartments.com
Solace Apartments
October 10, 2016I have been living at Solace since the apartments have open. They are very clean in the common areas. Nice gym and pool area, with a play ground for kids and a fenced in area for the dogs to play. The staff at the apartments are very friendly and willing to help you and are understandable. The apartment is security minded with security cameras and all doors need a key fob to enter. Never had any problems with and neighbors. All appliances are stainless steel and are new (2014). Maintenance staff ...are professional and very quick in fixing and completing work orders. Its a great place to live. Highly recommend to anyone. July 23, 2015I moved into Solace November 2014 and since I been here I truly feel at home. The apartments are brand new equipped with stainless steel appliances. Very modern, a salt water pool awaits downstairs, a Starbucks Coffee machine with daily coffee for all residents, a nice and friendly dog bark for the pooches. There are elevators and stairs available. Staff is very quick with all maintenance concerns and management is the best. Love living here.Review from Apartments.com
