Going on my second year here at Solevita. Lynn and Jeri are on top of everything, they're old school and honest. Property is kept clean, maintenance is always there quick if anything needs fixing, and I like the fact that they always go the extra mile on everything. So refreshing. Thank you Solevita. I visited out of curiosity, so much hype from my buddies at work- Clean cute cozy condos and the 2 ladies Lynn and Jeri showed me real southern hospitality- Cant wait to call Solevita my home!

Out dated

Rent is going up and for no reason at all, its an ok place to live the area is nice but some tenants here are questionable. The counter tops are old and bland, cabinets are beat up and I've been here for 1 year and the air conditioner has leaked all over the place 3 times, maintenance is incredibly slow! I was told that I would get a new bathroom sink when I moved in because mine is chipped and I haven't gotten that it takes forever to get anything fixed and the office personnel couldn't care ...
less about your problems. There are nicer apartments in the area for the same price now that they raised the rent so I'm moving out when this lease is up.
