under new management
July 29, 2015When we moved in the apartment was not that good the walls and carpets were dirty there were cockroaches (new management said they will be taking care of the cockroach problem! ) had to pay to get a copy of the key because the original manager only had 1 key now there is a management company in West linn that is managing the apartment we moved in the end of April and new management is going to do renovations so they are going to give everyone that lives there termination notices (we already got ...ours and have to be out by August 28th 2015) and if you want to move back in you have to apply like you never lived there. This apartment has a chance with the new management to be better but at the moment is not the place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
