The kind staff and the beauty of this community are what make this home. I am so glad this is where we have chosen to live for the next few years. The entire staff is caring, knowledgeable and efficient in their service and maintenance. The company has great processes in place to report and manage service repairs and bill pay. I haven't been here very long, only from about the beginning of June 2016, but from the time I was looking into Sanoma I have had nothing but positive outcomes when it comes to living here and getting settled in at my new place. The area in the complex where I am located is very neighborly, quite, very nice feel and look. So far I love living here. The prices are VERY reasonable and they work with you in any way they can. This place is 11 years old and for it being that old, these things are ...
VERY well kept!!! I was thoroughly impressed when I was first checking them out. I am a very picky person when it comes to where I am living and am going to say that I like this place. The staff at the leasing office is great and easy to work with thus far and I currently can say that as long as things progress the way they are going, I would look for me to stay here for quite some time. Things have to be EXTREMELY good for me to give a 5 star review. The only reason I am not currently giving a 5 star review is because I haven't been here that long. Up to now though, definitely a 4 star!

I've been here for 4 years, and can honestly say this is one of the quietest and cleanest complexes I've lived. Office staff is friendly and more than willing to help. The maintenance staff is also awesome. They are quick to respond and do the job right the first time. Thank you to all for making my time here so pleasant.

When my husband and I first moved here, we had THE greats home life here. It seemed like they were really on top of things.
But from loud and obnoxious neighbor's who party all night, to flaws within the apartment, nothing gets done! Rent is equivalent to the cost of renting a home, but the amenities aren't worth it! The fire pit near the pool has never worked, parking isn't enforced, neighbor's are allowed to get away with EVERYTHING...
