The staff really is the best part of living at Sonterra! They are so kind, personal, and attentive. They even make time to acknowledge the residents pets. I jokingly say I dont want to purchase a home because homes dont come with Michaels. The maintenance team is amazing!

I'm very happy here at Sonterra. Property is maintained weekly and clean. The staff does care about the residence.
The pool in the summer is not crazy, the kids are well behaved with adult supervision. The bbq, pool & sitting area are kept tidy.

Living here has been a huge blessing. Cassidy, Michael and staff are friendly, responsive, and very helpful (the combination is hard to come by in apartment living). Most of the residents are enjoyable to live around and friendly neighbors. The location is safe and secluded as well as nearby many restaurants and stores making it very convenient. I would highly recommend living here if you are in the market!
