I have been a tenant for 4 years now and I’m truly thankful.. The offices staff are always respectful and polite. The area is safe and the grounds are always clean.

Girls in office are great and very nice and helpful. The people that live here are very nice. We have made some great friends. Love that I can walk my dog around such a beautiful place. And don't have to worry about anything even at 10 clock at night. I just love our little community

This was both mine and my boyfriends first apartment either of us have lived in. We were on the waiting list for about six months then they finally called us. It was very nice. Everything was almost new and updated. Everyone there was friendly. The location is easy access to Highway 98. There is a dog park which our dogs loved. The pool was awesome. My nephew loved the kid park as well. I felt really safe because it is a gated community and our building was always locked. It was really well lit ...
at night so I didn't have a problem walking my dogs. Plus there was a courtesy officer in our building for when our neighbors got a little too rowdy which did happen from time to time. Over all this was a wonderful place to live. If I ever came back to this area this would definitely be where I would want to live.

These apartments are still currently being built. The office staff has been wonderful making the paperwork an easy process. The deposit is extremely affordable and after looking at one of the 3 bedroom apts that is completed I cannot wait till my one bedroom is ready. Very modern and up to date. Rent is affordable and goes by income with a very good background check.

I am currently awaiting approval for a 3 bedroom and am SO excited! Toured a 2 bedroom and was amazed! So gorgeous! The complex is well kept and it is very quiet! The office attendant is also very sweet and helpful!
