Safe area right by the highway manager super cool and neighbors are really cool as well. Planet fitness is close by as well so if you like working out you can just walk there. Great community!

South Fridley Apartments are mismanaged. The office is always closed, as the on site manager has mysterious medical illness'. The water pipes back up into my sink when people do laundry, and when unlicensed, unprofessional workers came out to fix the problem a 8 foot hole was dug out in the hallway with a 5 foot pile of dirt blocking the back entry to my (and every tenant on 1st floor) unit for 48 hours. Problem still wasn't fixed!! Parking is horrible and you cannot have overnight guests without ...

a permit. To get the permit you need to give the office 24 hour notice and be able to pick up by 5pm. If you work all day, as I do, good luck having guests stay the night. On the plus side, the apartments are large and conveniently located. Not the best place, look elsewhere.
