Worst Apartments Ever
April 23, 2025Absolutely do not move into South Oaks Apartments. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. Management is completely unresponsive and clearly doesn’t care about the residents or the conditions we’re forced to live in. When maintenance requests are acknowledged, nothing ever actually gets fixed. The unit is falling apart and becoming increasingly unlivable, yet no one seems to take accountability. Not only is this incredibly frustrating, it’s also unacceptable. My personal property has ...been damaged due to ongoing issues in the apartment that could have been easily prevented if management had taken action when first contacted. This complex is a perfect example of negligence and poor property management. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

November 16, 2021ngl, this place aint allat. sometimes the upstairs neighbors move around and the ceiling squeaks, or you hear ppl walking up the steps. Sometimes folks don’t park right, and half the time there’s no parking spot . but i mean, it’s a pretty decent starter move in, if you’re looking for something quick.Review from Apartments.com
Avoid this dump
March 10, 2020Rude and unattentive office staff. Lackluster laundry facilities in a gated community with a constantly broken gate. They will continue to charge you rent after your lease is expired and you move out. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
February 17, 2018I am a UALR student and work in Little Rock and this is the perfect place for me! The newly renovated apartments are awesome, and so is the new pool! I know they have been doing other improvements too... They replaced the gate awhile ago, and they have new security cameras as well! I'm glad I chose South Oaks!Property Manager Responded

I like it here
February 23, 2017Here at South Oaks Apartments I've had some of the best experiences with the community and the management. It is very peaceful and well oriented, they have a very well functioning clubhouse that are useful to students and for just everyday use and you can actually feel comfortable and at home here. Over the past year that I have stayed here there hasn't been any major problems with the apartment itself and if there was a problem it was fixed by the maintenance men immediately and effectively, ...their was a sense of comfortableness when they we're around and if you didn't want to be their will the work was being done you had the option to stay or go which is very helpful if you are some one with a busy schedule.Property Manager Responded
