Management is HORRIBLE
August 26, 2021The management does a horrible job taking care of the multiple problems (cockroaches, rats, bad pipes, smoke smell, dirty everything, and no heads up when maintenance occurs). Do not recommend this place to literally anyone unless you expect absolutely no help what so ever when it comes to problems you will run into.Review from Apartments.com
South Pointe Apartments is wonderful
April 24, 2021As a resident I’m very impressed with the professionalism of the staff from the front office to the maintenance crew. They communicate well and respond quickly to any inquiries put to them. The facilities are wonderful and very well maintained.
