ROACH INFESTED- DONT MOVE HERE
April 25, 2023I have been trying to get them to fix the roaches in my apartment since December and they keep getting worse. The apartment manager does nothing but have them spray my apartment so i stop complaining but the spray does nothing. She refuses to spray the building and just sprays my apartment so it has done absolutely nothing. The roaches infested my car too and they are everywhere. A real exterminator is needed but they don’t care about their residents at all.Review from Apartments.com
Affordable and spacious
March 15, 2023We have been living here for almost 2 years. The management is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance responds very quick whenever we’ve had to call. Terrible ! Look elsewhere.
January 6, 2023Poor communication and very unprofessional, they don’t answer the phone and will ignore your calls. They just want your application fees. It was super stressful trying to reach the office when applying. Don’t bother renting here.Property Manager Responded

Convenient & Great Staff
March 1, 2022I've lived here for about a year now. It's been pretty smooth. Anything I needed, the office would send maintenance within a day. Many times even same day. Don’t waste your time
June 10, 2021This apartment needs to be condemned. First of that “deposit” that they require you will have to go to the courts to get that back. The building is roach infested, the “ office/ management” will never give you a direct answer nor help with anything. Trust me you can find something betterProperty Manager Responded
