Decent Property, Non Empathetic Office

I lived there for about 2 years and here is my assessment.
The property is decent. The units for rent are hit or completely miss on natural light. The buildings are packed into the area and unless you have no building in front of your windows you hardly get natural light. There is a gym which is decent (dumbbells, smith machine, cables, cardio), a good pool and surrounding area. great access to 35, Target, Cub, Starbucks and Caribou.
However, the office staff is not empathetic at all, very cold responses to emails and sometimes rude. Poor communication. Enforce some rules but not others.
