The noise is very bothersome. Why a complex would build a kids play area on the second floor right under someones apartment is beyond me. Coming home from a long work day and hearing screaming kids is very upsetting. The dog park area is pretty gross. People do not pick up after their dogs.

The noise level will have you with sleepless nights. You and your children will be falling asleep at work and school daily. No quiet study time. No quiet homework time. No movie time with family . No family discussion time over dinning, the noise exceeds your own voice. No prayer time. No reading time. No peace of mind in your own dwelling . The noise overpowers it all. It is an apartment, which is understandable. However everyday ,all day noise. Especially the evening/night time.
