Worst renting office ever.

Never experienced such poor service from anyone before. If you need help with anything you won't get it from there leasing office. They never answer phone calls, when you leave a message it takes days to hear anything back. Even after calling the cops several time for the abusive neighbors next to me & telling them how unsafe I felt living in there building they wouldn't do anything. The group of people working there were hard to work with, & just plain disrespectful to the tenants living there. ...
I would NEVER recommend renting with this terrible place to anyone. The hallways smell & look like you live in a dump, and don't worry they say to clean up after your pet outside but hey you'll probably end up finding dog poop in the hallways. DON'T RENT FROM THESE GUYS...unless you want poor service. The lady who checked me out even expressed how poorly kept up the Southport Height buildings are.

I have lived at Southport Heights for over a year now. I absolutely love my apartment. From day one when Kelsey showed me the apartment to now I have had only one issue with my garage and Alliance Management Group / Maintenance took care of very promptly !!! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I love this apartment. Very spacious in each bedroom (3). Laundry room is big enough for a W/D and the freezer we put in there as well. Lots of storage! Beautiful kitchen!

Southport Heights is great! New construction combined with a reliable, responsive complex manager make me recommend this apartment to most people. It's a bit of a jaunt to Downtown, but the bars within walking distance are great!
