February 2, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comManagement sucks at these apartments. Manager doesn’t take care of issues, unless it’s emergency. While tenants are fighting for parking space, there’s a few dead cars parked which has been complained by tenants, but manager doesn’t care about it. Manager favors people and abuses office usage.

August 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comSouthwind Courts are affordable, safe and convenient. Shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance. Enough parking space for every apartment to have two cars.
