Management sucks at these apartments. Manager doesn’t take care of issues, unless it’s emergency. While tenants are fighting for parking space, there’s a few dead cars parked which has been complained by tenants, but manager doesn’t care about it. Manager favors people and abuses office usage.

Southwind Courts are affordable, safe and convenient. Shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance. Enough parking space for every apartment to have two cars.
