Very nice smaller apartment complex hidden among several larger ones, Southwood Park has had the same owner since it was built in the 1980s. Very well maintained and more upscale than the surrounding complexes, Southwood Park is affordable, conveniently located near I40, has washer-dryer connections as well as a laundry facility, and a dedicated staff. Nestled on a hill, Southwood Park is a great place to watch the Tennessee seasons.
