Having been a resident of Spanish Gardens for almost 5 years, the professionalism of the office staff, Cindy and Makenzie, made any situation top priority. The maintenance crew of Ryan, Bernie, Winston and Dan would be called upon to fix, repair and keep grounds and buildings very clean and safe. I would highly recommend Spanish Gardens to anyone who is looking for a nice, safe and fun area to live in. If I ever have to move back to Charlotte, I know the first place on my list to live. Terrible place to live

Squirrel in apartment twice due to poor maintenance on roof siding whichwas reported. Heat out three times and each time took days to get fixed. Inreasonable lease termination process. Office staff does not communicate true fact or details.
