This is prob one of the worst apartments you can live in they need to be shut down .. They have known about the kitchen and bathroom sink. Have yet to fix that .. All they want to do is fine you for irrelevant things but can't fix nothing the office people are disrespectful and the maintenance men walk around talkin all day .. They are worried about money they don't care about you they to get money from you .. I don't understand how they are gonna fine people but cant make sure the people have ...

things fixed and they keep it nice on the outside.. Wont fix the mail boxes.. Mail has been stolen multiple times .. I can keep going the list is very long but that's some they need to shut these apartments down

moving in things were great, after 3 years of living they still have not addressed the move in checklist. our apartment was to be ready on the first and they allowed us 2 days extra to move in. thats really cool. when we moved in they had not performed make ready. when we reported it they gave us the option of removing our things and give then \\m another week to do basic cleaning. i even found the lease agreement on the top of the cabinets from the previous tenant, Her complaint for repairs were ...

This place is terrible, disgusting, and absolutely ridiculous. They’re rude. Don’t care about their residents. The maintenance man never answers his phone. The manager is unprofessional and rude as she could possibly be. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy live here. Plus they will tow you for everything. Pretty sure the pictures aren’t even the current pictures. If i could put pictures in this review i would. As long as they have the management they have now. I don’t recommend anyone live here.

Where do I begin? Melissa, deliberately blocked in my car with her golf cart to get it towed while I loading up my sons items to go to his check up... HE'S AUTISTIC and as a result I had no way to get to his appointment. She took pictures of my cars interior and exterior as well as plates laughing like a maniac while I watched. She along with maintenance kicked in my window unit I used while waiting for it to be fixed one of the 3 times that summer. Attempted to notify her of suspicious ...

characters that were trying to sell illegal substances to me on their property while I was trying to get into my home with my child next to me...she laughed and said I have no proof they are residents so nothing can be done. Can't wait to report her.

Ive been at these apts on 3 yrs now and in the beggining they were great at a reasonable price the office people where very helpful and nice and cared about the residents even offering free cable and now they have changed name and owners and office people and went rent up now we need to pay water and no cable maintenance all do half jobs they fine us for everything for example cant even open blinds all maitenence dont even have citizen ship and im not hating im hispanic too but when they do half ...

jobs or dont even bother to hear u out all the people in the office are corrupt and mostly live in the apts i live here so i knw what goes around my top neighbor sells drugs and yes the office staff are his best customers i have respect for my neighbor because yea he does what he does but have custody of his lil girls and hes doing watever means to support them my props to him but the office people i have no respect for they constantly come up with nonsense fines and dont even bother to come check on ur apt when something is wrong it takes them weeks just to come check what u complained about yes they remodeled them and yes they do look nicer but nothing works for almost a year now my tub fills up with water n my sink in the kitchen too ive had a problem with nats and my ac when on randomly smells like sewer ive complained countless times but they dont care the only thing keeping me here is my lease and im soo waiting for it to be over im currently in school trying to finish to b a xray tech to make good money and get out of here asap

They suck, i can never get anything fixed right. In my apartment alone the dryer vents into the walls which is a fire hazard i have reported it to the office several times and no one still has come to even check it
