This is the worst apartment
February 24, 2022There is no air number one unless i guess the temperature reaches a certain degree and your boiling in your skin already and we put in work orders still nothing. One day the hot water shut off randomly no notice and had to take a cold shower when it literally it had rained and was freezing cold luckily since they don’t provide ac got pretty toasty quickly. The only thing that’s good is it’s cheap guess you get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded

January 14, 2019My family and I recently moved in,and we were an emergency move. When we spoke to the ladies in the office they were beyond helpful and told us to come get the keys to our Apt. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance crew and courtesy patrol have truly made us feel welcome and comfortable. At Ridgeway village you are more than just an apt number..you are known by name as if you've been there for many years. Thank you to all for helping my family.Property Manager Responded
